Notice
Our audio format is changing – 01/06/2019
From the 1st of June 2019 we will be transitioning to the M4A audio format, all existing files will remain as they are however all recordings from this date will be encoded using the new standard.
Why are we doing this?
We currently use a legacy WMA codec, software support for it over the last few years has dwindled meaning that it is getting harder to find an audio player that supports it. Moving to a newer format will ensure good software support for years to come with no loss in quality.
What action do you need to take?
Nothing! Most modern operating systems will already have media players which support this format.
